The Health Room was created as a calm, grounding space for individuals seeking balance, clarity, and nervous system support through wellness coaching. This work is rooted in slowing down, building self-awareness, and developing supportive daily rhythms that feel sustainable and nourishing.
I am a Certified Wellness Coach with a background in yoga and trauma-aware somatic practices. My coaching approach is choice-centered and supportive, helping individuals explore stress patterns, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate greater ease through mindful habits, gentle movement, breath, and reflection.
Rather than focusing on fixing or achieving, sessions are centered on curiosity, awareness, and meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and respectful. Somatic and movement-based practices are offered as optional tools to support insight, regulation, and embodied awareness within the coaching process.
The Health Room operates fully within a wellness and educational framework. Services provided are not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and do not include diagnosis or mental health care.
