About Me

Hi, I'm Llaneh, Wellness Educator & Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor. My passion is helping individuals reconnect with their bodies through gentle movement and nervous system friendly practices. The Health Room was created as a calm space where children, teens, and adults can explore grounding, balance, and resilience without pressure or performance. 

My classes blend yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic- inspired movement. Everything is taught with safety, compassion, and accessibility in mind. 

The Health Room offers wellness-based services only. I do not provide psychotherapy or mental health counseling.

Mindfulness & Stress Relief Workshops

Skill-building classes teaching mindfulness, relaxation, and self-soothing practices.
