I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), certified Wellness Coach, and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher (RYT, -200). My professional background includes years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in clinical mental health settings.
Through The Health Room, I offer non-clinical wellness coaching only, allowing me to focus fully on lifestyle change, stress support, and personal growth outside of a therapy setting.
My work is guided by a deep respect for the mind-body connection and a belief that healing and growth are not linear. They unfold gently, in their own time.
